About PiP
The people, the purpose, and the standard we hold ourselves to.

Where we began
Our Story
How PiP Advisory started, and what it was reacting against.
[OWNER TO WRITE] — three or four short paragraphs. The useful version of this story answers four things, in order:
- When PiP started, and who started it.
- What was wrong with how advisory work was being done that made a new agency worth building.
- The moment the agency stopped being an idea and became real.
- Where it stands today, in plain numbers rather than adjectives.
Keep it specific. A date, a place and a real decision will do more than any sentence containing the word passionate.

What we are for
Vision & Mission
The two sentences the whole agency should be able to recite.
[OWNER TO WRITE] — one short vision statement and one short mission statement.
Vision: [the world as PiP wants it to be]
Mission: [what PiP does, every day, to move towards it]
A test worth applying: if a competing agency could put its name on your vision statement without changing a word, it is not yet yours. Name the thing you do differently.

Who leads
Leadership Team
The people accountable for how this agency runs.
Names, roles and photographs are placeholders. Replace them in
content/leadership.json, and drop the portraits into public/images/people/.
A one-line credential and a single sentence in each person's own voice will do more for trust than a paragraph of biography.

How we work
Our Culture
What it actually feels like inside the agency on an ordinary Tuesday.
[OWNER TO WRITE] — describe the culture through what happens, not through values on a wall.
Things worth naming here: how often the team meets, what happens when someone has a bad month, whether people share cases, who a new planner turns to at nine at night when a client asks something they cannot answer. Those details are the culture. Integrity, teamwork, excellence is what every agency writes.

Recognition
Achievements
What the agency and its planners have been recognised for.
[00]
[Qualifying planners, year]

[Award or standard achieved]
[00]
[Years in operation]
[00]
[Families advised]
[OWNER TO WRITE] — replace each figure and its label with something real and checkable, then add a short paragraph naming the award bodies and the qualifying periods.
Anything that cannot be evidenced should come off this page. On a site that sells trust, one unverifiable number costs more than four true ones gain.

The difference
Why PiP
Why a family, or a planner, would choose this agency over another.
[OWNER TO WRITE] — three to five reasons, each one sentence, each one that a competitor could not honestly copy.
The strongest material here is usually operational rather than aspirational: how quickly someone answers a claim call, whether the person who wrote the policy is still the person servicing it in year five, what the review cycle actually is.
